Our company, since its establishment in October 1996, has been committed to contributing to society through expanding employment opportunities. This dedication has driven our growth, leading us to be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's First Section in January 2015, and transitioning to the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on April 4, 2022.
Our group operates in both the clerical and manufacturing human resource services . The clerical human resource services comprises the BPO-related business segment, CRM-related segment , and office services business segment. Meanwhile, the manufacturing human resource services consists of the food processing category and the e manufacturing and processing category. In recent fiscal periods, our business has focused on transactions with local governments in the BPO-related and office services business segment within the clericalhuman resources, while the manufacturing human resource services have centered around the food processing category .
In clerical human resource services, we are working on a "double-area expansion" strategy, focusing on expanding both business locations and operational domains, to further increase our transactions with key local governments. As a result, by the end of March 2025, the number of local governments we work with has expanded to approximately 200, about 2.5 times the number from three years ago. This steady progress demonstrates our efforts to strengthen our business foundation, and we will continue to work on further enhancing and expanding our business base.
